Upperman High School has jointly developed with parents, teachers and staff this written family and community engagement plan. This plan establishes the expectations for parent and community involvement with UHS.

** Parents of students may request information about the qualifications of teachers and paraprofessionals who instruct their child. **
** Parents have the right to request that their child's name, address, and telephone number not be released to a military recruiter without prior written consent.**
**Parents will be notified if their child has been assigned to, or taught for four or more consecutive weeks by a teacher who is not highly qualified.**
**School Improvement plan can be viewed in the media center at UHS.**
