Online registration for the upcoming school year is officially OPEN. All returning and new families must complete these registration forms through the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

Online registration for the upcoming school year is officially OPEN as of Monday, July 13th.  (Please note: This does not apply to the Early Learning Academy).

🗓️ Flexible Deadline: While we encourage you to complete these forms as soon as possible to help us finalize class rosters and bus routes, the final deadline to submit forms is Friday, September 4th. We have extended this window well into the start of the school year to ensure any families experiencing technical or login issues have plenty of time to get sorted out.

 

📋 How to Complete Your Registration

  1. Log In: Go to our district's PowerSchool Parent Portal (pcsstn.powerschool.com/public OR use the PowerSchool app, district code BQHG).
  2. Select Your Student: Once logged in, click on your child’s name in the top-left tab.
  3. Locate Forms: Click on the Forms link located in the left-hand navigation menu.
  4.  Review & Submit: Complete all required fields, update your contact information, and click Submit at the end of each form. Please ensure each form displays a green check mark next to it, indicating it has been successfully submitted.
  5. Repeat for Siblings: If you have multiple children in the district, select the next child’s tab at the top and repeat the process.

💡 Important Notes & Reminders

  • Bus Riders: Don't forget to also fill out the separate School Bus Request Form located under the General tab of the forms if your child needs transportation this year.
  • Trouble Logging In? If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Username or Password" link on the login page.
  • We Are Here to Help: If you run into any issues accessing your account or need a password reset, please don't stress! You can reach out to your child's school front office once staff returns, and we will gladly help you get logged in.
